This is the homepage for the University of Dublin (Trinity) constituency. Above, you will see pages for recent Trinity News, Trinity alumni events, some useful Trinity websites, as well as a page explaining Seanad Eireann. Below I explain who is entitled to vote in the Trinity Seanad election.

The graduates of the University of Dublin are represented in the Irish Parliament by three senators. If you are a graduate of the University and are a citizen of Ireland, North or South, then you are entitled to vote for these three seats. Furthermore, if you are a graduate of DIT and your degree has been awarded through Trinity, you are also entitled to vote on this constituency.
